An existing care home on Foxley Lane, Purley converted into nine individual apartments with a large rear and roof extension to the existing dwelling, and two separate dwellings located in the rear garden.

The apartments range from 1 bed to 3 bed and all have their own outside space either as a private garden or private terrace.

There is also a communal garden that can be used by all.
