A typical side return infill extension to a Victorian terrace house located in Streatham Hill. 

The clients wanted to create an open plan kitchen / dining area that opened up to the small rear garden whilst retaining the character of the original building.

The works also included design devolvement of the kitchen as well as a new en-suite bathroom to the top floor bedroom and a new cloakroom under the existing stairs.
