A full refurbishment of a three bed ground / lower ground flat in Belgravia which had been water damaged by a leak coming from the flat above. 



Working with the contractor under a Design & Build contract, the works included full redesign of the existing bathrooms and kitchens along with bespoke joinery to the living room and bedrooms.

As a listed building, all the works required Listed Planning consent as well as Building Control and Landlord approval.
