A one bedroom apartment converted from an old art deco style factory.

The apartment required a full update as the property had not been updated since it was constructed. 

A large false ceiling over the kitchen area was removed to gain the full benefit of the existing tall ceilings which allowed for additional storage above the new kitchen. 

Works also included new bathroom, cloakroom and a reclaimed timber block floor throughout the apartment
